Hind Quarter of Beef $14/Kg - Deposit
The hind Quarter of beef is approximately 48-58 kg and consists of the following cuts. Skirt Steak, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Eye Fillet, Rump, BBQ Round Steak, Gravy Beef.
Topside (for roasts, stir-fry, minute steaks, Diced Beef)
Silverside (Best done as our quality Marinated Roast Beef)
There will also be an amount of trim leftover that we will prepare for you as mince and BBQ Sausages.
Any unusable trim and bones are yours all for your fury friends.
